PSI-TW expansion status
Along with PSI annual sales growth, in order to have a better service to our customer with a good company management, PSI headquarter restructures our factory and office in April, to expand our space from 11,032 square meters to 13,375 square meters.
| 1. | Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, IT, Finance, Administration divisions and General Manager office which had been working in the 3rd floor move to the 6th floor in the same building. Also the meetings rooms in the 3rd floor were moved to the 6th floor. And more meeting rooms were built to be total 10 meeting rooms from 6. It can provide bigger space for our customers, so that, they can enjoy the meeting. |
| 2. | The 3rd floor was restructured to be completed manufacturing area. Total space increases to 8,960 square meters. For a best customer service, we added Coating Room and Reliability test area: it will provide automatic coating service after coating room is completed. Besides, we added High-Low temperature cycling chamber and vibration machine. Thus, we can provide our customer a higher quality services. Also reserve the space for the 5th SMT line and system packing area was expanded, expecting more customer demand to come. When our customers release more orders, they don’t have to worry about capacity. |
| 3. | To do turn key business is a goal that PSI have been working hard to achieve. Such as to focus on the needs from our customers, and to make sure the materials arrive on time, also to get a best material turn over rate and reasonable price, min. dead stock are our target to do turn key business. In order to do better material purchase and management service, PSI-TW expanded warehouse space to be 2,800 square meters. To expand the areas of electronic components warehouse, consignment warehouse and system material warehouse, expect to provide our best service of material management. |
With the expansion of the company, we hope to provide better customer services, so that customers can be fully satisfied.
