The previous article has explained the relation between individual survival and God. We often see some people running away from real life because of religion. After publishing the previous article, some friends asked me how I could lead the company to keep growing when entering world-escaping(?) religion, which meant giving up the strength to fight. Indeed, we find that many people follow what they have learned so they pay no attention to fame and wealth, getting out of the business world after they enter the field of religion. Though Catholic is a secular religion, in human history there are not only many famous priests in philosophy but also priests who contribute a lot to mankind in natural and applied science. Therefore, a more positive religious thought is to live among people, doing one’s best, and making social justice and moral show themselves.

1. Survival, development, and happiness
   - Survival
   

   In the beginning most companies depend on the strength of a small group of people. With the wisdom God gives us, we make use of the knowledge, skills and abilities we have learned at school and from the society to earn enough room for standing up firm in the society. From the certainty of marketing position, the company works hard to look for customers until the structure of the company is perfect and the working system is stable. Then it looks for the maximum of capital circulation, the profit and the perfection of the financial system. When the company achieves the basis in the business world, the employees can stay in this company confidently.

   - Development
   

   Without any progress, it will be going backward. Running a company is the same. No company can stay in one level without being eliminated if not making any progress. When the basis of a company is set, it has to transform the capital profit into the power of growth again and again, getting the company out of the field of just survival to a long and lasting stable period of growth. It will have good relation with businessmen(廠商), clients, and industries, a certain fame and credits in its professional field and the frequent and smooth interaction with banks. Because of the stable profit every year, the company can make short-, middle- and long-term projects, to run the company sustainably.

   - Happiness
   

   We can see businessmen talking about the profits of the company and great bonus to the employees on TV. They cause a phenomenon that the society seems to weigh everything with material. And to win over more audience, the TV stations, making use of people’s desire to pursue material enjoyment, lead this social phenemenon narrowly and unfairly. If we watch the society in another aspect with an open heart, I believe that we can see more people and groups spend more time and energy pursuing happiness, satisfaction and enjoyment. When the development of a company achieves a certain level, it becomes the center of the society. The goal of these companies is the miniature the soceity’s looking for. We can see many successful companies ,within their affordable finance, taking care of vulnerable minority, promoting people’s cultrural accomplishment, and the issues of keeping a good environment for their generations when the companies are profiting steadily. Because of man’s pure spirit, it causes the company to grow healthily and to pursue perfection. If the employees of a company also own the belief of the God-giving mission, creating a harmonious company culture, everyone will work hard for the goal: one for the search of the steady life and another for achieving the mission God gives. After positively creating the main value of a happy company, this company is sure to survive for a long time.

2. Personal development
   - Half of one’s life
   

   Half of one’s life, even two-thirds of it will be spent on the place where one works. Therefore, the attitude and condition for life at work are almost more than half of one’s life. The most important lessons in one’s life are how to live happily, and sarisfactorily and to combine one’s life and work. Life is work. Though working is busy and hard with responsibilities and pressure, our mood is peaceful and happy.

   - The responsibilities of the company to the individuals
   

   Now that the employees spend half of their time in the company, it naturally has responsibilities to offer employees a proper spiritual living environment. Moral and conscience are the foundation to make people have permanent happiness, so the company should offer a working environment based on moral nad conscience, letting the employees earn their living and bathe in a kind humane environment. Religious believes can be the firm support of moral and conscience. If the company can lead the employees to a deeper field of religious believes in the working system of moral and conscience, it will be the origion of the good fortune for the company and individuals and the entrance to happiness.

1. The miniature of the company and the society
   The society is made up of a group of people. Everyone in the group plays a different role in the group. However, more than half of the people live within the system of the company(including the official organizations nad educational organizations.) Therefore, the working and interaction in the company is almost the miniature of our social activities. The influence of the working in the company on social development is quite great.
   
2. The power which influences the society
   When the relation between the individual and the company is mentioned above, it shows that the company should take the guiding responsibility for personal cultivation and growth. It is the same for the company to the society. If more companies regard the spiritual promotion as the most important thing for the employees in the company, the employees in the company will have a happy and satisfied life. And this will further influence the families and the friends around, so the society can have a more positive development.

1. Use moral, conscience and right belief as the basis of the company’s management.
   
2. Use a polite and serving spirit for the interactive mold between the interior of the company and the exterior groups.
   
3. Offer employees the humane environment with more literal and art activities.
   
4. Help the employees achieve permanent happiness and satisfied cultivation with the moral from religious believes.
