We may often think that, in our life, we suffer more than being happy, so why bother? Philosophers and theologians spend their lives exploring this question. Where are we come from? Where are we going to? What is the purpose of our lives? What has karma got to do with us?
Before going into the topic of faith and the development of enterprise, let me explain my personal understanding of karma. Karma and immortality of the soul have often been discussed in the context of religions. At the birth of each individual, the personality, intelligence, appearance, and even the fate of the individual has been determined. Who makes the design and how? The Buddhist believes that the fortunes and misfortunes of our lives represent the karma of our previous lives. We die and are reborn within the six great divisions in the wheel of karma (Nature, Human, Asura, Beast, Hunger, and Hell). Our actions in our lives will be considered and determined for the next divisions we are going to. The reincarnation only stops for the souls that commit unforgivable sins or do honorable goodness. The Catholics believes that Lord is the giver of life. Each of us has different fates that we are born with. Only after accepting these different paths can we face the tests and pursue the missions of our lives. Lord gives us the best freedom to lead lives of evil or virtue, with the wisdom given by him. The last judgment will come after our deaths, deciding to send us to Heaven, Purgatory, or Hell.
After the industrial development, most of the people spend more time at work than staying at home. For more than half of our lives, we pursue both material and spiritual needs at work places. An enterprise strives to grow and develop, to steadily operate and to pursue profit. At the same time, it is expected to fulfill the material needs of the employees, and, most importantly, to help the employees grow spiritually and reach better futures.
PSI hopes to provide more opportunities for our employees to ponder their own lives and enrich the spiritual lives. The goal is to allow everyone to understand their own missions and growths. For more than ten years, we have been improving the operating systems to provide standards for employees, and to accurately present the customers when, and in what price and quality, the products will be produced. In July, 2013, we adopted the new ERP system, Tiptop of Data System Consulting (DSC). In this year, we aim to improve the communication systems with customers. We expect that, in 2014, our customers can enjoy the fast and transparent service of PSI. In the staff meeting at the end of 2013, we will start to discuss the new project of introducing different religions to the employees. We hope that, through the power of faith, the employees can develop a culture of activeness and goodness. Everyone in PSI can make improvements to their spiritual lives. Through the power of a combination of material and spirit, we expect that the stress of the employees will come from the progress of their work, but not from their personal emotions. At that time, PSI can reach the goal of minimal management.
