Pronology, established in 2006, is 8 years old now. It becomes bigger and bigger under the mother company—PSI-TWN.

There are around 300 staff coming from several provinces such as Hunan, Hubei, Sichuan, and Guangxi, and even far from Guizhou, Gansu, Henan, and Shanxi. Leaving their home town for work alone, it’s hard for them to be together with their family frequently except Chinese New Year. However, most of those who are just around 20 years old, easily feel lonely. Besides, they are not mature enough for social experience and may be confused when facing problems about emotion, work, or interpersonal relationship. Therefore, we have planned to set up an “Employee Consulting Center” to help them solve their problems, to listen to their thoughts, and to take care of them.

“Employee Consulting Center” will be composed of Administration Department, and staff or managers who are 28 years and older can be volunteers if they want to. It is still under arrangement and will be officially set in 2014. If anyone finds that any staff in each department behave strangely, please make a report to Administration Department and they will choose a proper volunteer to go for further understanding and caring.
