In order to improve the employee’s physical health, Pronology Services Inc. arranges health examination every year. This year's inspection was scheduled on October 18. The medical group from the Cardinal Tien Hospital was invited for the examination.

On that day, colleagues followed the guidance and lined up for examinations: from basic height, weight, hearing, vision, intraocular pressure, bone density, blood pressure, pulse measurements, further to the blood test, chest X-ray photography, abdominal ultrasound and so on. They were done by the careful and professional medical group’s examination and their equipment. Furthermore, the Cardinal Tien Hospital introduced four free adult cancer screenings, including oral cancer, cervical cancer, breast cancer, and colorectal cancer, which are highly recommended by the government.

Qualified staffs can receive free physical examination. This is not only a good news for staff who don’t have extra time to go to the hospital, but also a way not to waste government's good policy.

The health examination went smoothly and ended at around noon. Nearly ninety percent of the colleagues participated in it. The rate is quite high. The Tien group said that this is because the PSI staff care about their health a lot.

Personal health examination report will be sent to each participant’s hand. We can check out the result and compare the difference between this year and the last year. Then we take action towards it, such as go on a diet, exercise, or even choose to go for further medical treatment, because “Prevention is better than treatment!”

Health is the foundation of all. When we have a healthy body as a foundation, we can be able to focus on work. We can have access to higher self-achievement. We can control our own physical and mental health. Do not ignore it!
