On January 11, 2014, which was another important day for Pronology Services Inc. (China), and it’s time for the annual sodality of cadres. The weather was good, the wind was gentle and the sun was shining. You couldn’t feel the winter’s chill, and the meeting place, Hua Bu Restaurant, was not bad. “Hua” means to paint, and we painted the grand blueprint for PSI’s future. “Bu” means arrangement, and we have arranged various deployments for us in such a new year. It is memorable for everyone. Just like in the previous years, our main participants of this year were some familiar faces. The company can retain the talented staff, undoubtedly, which is a strong and powerful support for the development of Pronology Services Inc. (China). Of course, there are also some new members in our company. They are the new blood for the development of company. It is very precious. Only with these power, Pronology Services Inc. (China) can move forward courageously.

We went to the gate of the restaurant very early with hopes and expectations, while the restaurant was not open for business yet. It was not a surprise for us, because “the early birds catch the worm”. If it had not been like this, how could PSI be better and better in such an intense competition in Shenzhen? Hence, everyone took the opportunity to do some activities for relaxing outside the restaurant. People burst into cheers and laughers every now and then. The atmosphere was very harmonious. Half an hour later, the restaurant opened, and then we entered the meeting place which was booked earlier. Red chairs, red doors and windows came into our eyes. The sunshine flew through the red curtains, and we faces turned red accordingly. All of these forecast our thriving businesses in the new year. We were more excited when we thought of this, and the meeting began at the same time.

Tom was the host of the meeting. First，he made a brief introduction, and then Mr. Chen made the annual summary of 2013. Mr. Chen, the general manager of the company, was mentioned, he is a leader who dresses in a simple way. We admire him indeed for his wisdom, his vision and the management concepts of combination of the eastern and the western. His report not only summed up the achievements in 2013, but also pointed out the defects and deficiencies practically and realistically in the work of the past year. At the same time, he also made an analysis for the current economic situation, hoping that all departments of PSI can work together, hack our way through difficulties to win the trust of customers, and get eternal achievement of PSI in such an era where the opportunities and challenges follow one after another.

After Mr. Chen’s report, what came next was the annual goal reports from every departments. Firstly, Sales team came on stage. The business team has always been the pioneer in business battle and does well no matter it is in conference or in usual work. Sales manager, Mark, is the “veteran” of the company. He took it like a duck to water and talked so much when he was making a report. Meanwhile, we were reluctant to show weakness and finished the reports one after the other. Thanks for all the customers’ trust and support, and thanks for the help and cooperation from colleagues in the company. The achievements of sales department has been reached a lot. And we have more specific goals and a more hopeful future.

Followed the sales team was quality assurance department, quality has always been a priority for PSI. What the quality assurance director handles were about the quality. However, they are serious and significant things. He was not lack of humor. He said “Thank you for the warm applause, but my report does not seem to be so wonderful”. People were amused immediately by his words and knew that the report about quality has to stick to the facts, not a story: it had to be very carefully presented.

The meeting continued and the Procurement, IT, Marketing, PMC reported one by one. The last ones were Accounting and Management department. Solomon was still sweating when he was making the report. Other people were so thoughtful and prepared paper towel for him. He was such a shy guy that he didn’t take any piece until he finished the report, and then he came off the stage.

The meeting finished with the Mr. Chen’s summary and the introduction of the prospect of the company. We had a delicious dinner and said goodbye to the restaurant. We went back to the multi-function room of PSI where there are small shops, which supply all kinds of snacks. And there are tables, sites where we can play billiards, table tennis, badminton, and there are KTV rooms where we can sing happily. In the end, we ate, sang, and laughed. The singings filled the whole room.

Goals are wonderful, and may our futures are wonderful too. A new journey begins today!
