It’s the year end again. We had the company year end party on 1/3/2014. PSI is 13 years old now. We have developed our unique culture gradually. I have some expectations about PSI’s culture furthermore. I will describe my thinking during the year end party as below.

1. To find the value where the company is located: There are people living everywhere. When a company is founded in a certain place, the company should think how to create profit and survive by the resources and costs there. Therefore we should think about how to create the value of the company and work together with the surrounding people. Let the company and people stay stable and adequate for eternity.
2. Thanks for the people who help or persecute us: We will meet some unforgettable people who help us move to different stages spiritually or materially. We’ll appreciate the people in heart deeply. However, we’ll also meet some people who hurt us much. I had ever hated some people who did bad things to me for a pretty long period. After a while, I got a different thinking. The bad guys also teach us the capabilities to face crisis and suffering. It’s an important experience for us to pass different situation during our life. Then, I changed my mind and appreciated the bad guys, too. Thanks for the training from those people, who help me face the problems with more strength and maturity.
3. Be kind to the employees and the people we know: Intelligence is determined soon as people are born. The intelligence is set by God. No one can change the situation nowadays. It’s not fair to everyone when we our life starts. Of cause, God also sets different responsibilities for us during our life. The intelligence of a smart guy is assigned by God. The smart ones should service more people and contribute more to the society. Leader of a team is normally wiser than other people. Therefore, a leader should think how to help the surrounding people and be patient to employees and the people he knows. If we are not the clever ones, we still can be outstanding by diligence. The smart guy use 8 hours to finish a task. We can spend more time like 12 hours or even 14 hours to finish the same job. And we can get the same performance as the smart people.
4. Chou Chu gets rid of three bad things: People always complain about the bad things nearby, such as bad environments, bad company systems and bad colleagues. When we do some complaints, the bad moods will spread out. We’ll also feel depressed because of the negative thinking. Chou Chu killed the three bad things including Mountain Tiger, River Dragon and his Bad Behavior. Same for us. We should eliminate our negative emotions. The world will be bright beside us. More positive thinking means more brightness in the world. It's better to light a candle than to curse the darkness. "I am the Light of the world; he who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life." (John 8:12) Jesus lights the world with his life. We should follow him and join more people to light up the world.
