Officially Held Monthly

Pronology Services (China) Inc., has started monthly morning meeting of all the members since 2014. Until now, we have got a lot of good effects from the morning meeting.
Morning meeting is the only time per days to meet with all the staffs together. We can take advantage of the 10 minutes to take care the remaining works from the day before. Also, we can arrange the new schedule for the new day. It serves a very important role in our work schedule management.
What are the contents of the morning meeting?

No.1 Policy communication between company and employees.

Company leader need to pass the corporate culture, the company’s decisions, the notifications of the leaders and so on to the employees correctly through the morning meeting. In this way, all of the staffs are able to understand everything fully and correctly and are able to carry them out. Of course, the host should not read only what the draft says, he should understand the contents and constructs. Meanwhile, he should be able to express the ideas to the employees with simple and clear words.

No.2 Enhancing the staffs’ morale

The proverb says, “An hour in the morning is worth two in the evening.” Every morning meeting is a new start for the employees. We can say aloud the slogans together, encourage each other, or praise the model people and good things. Also we make the work objectives of that day for the employees.

No.3 Enhancing the communication.

The meeting host can explain their own ideals, goals, and express the kind of assistance they need. That’s to say morning meeting is a chance for employees to know us, and understand the work.

No.4 Training

The three major responsibilities of the leaders are:
1. To solve the problems; 2. To take the responsibilities; 3. To train the staffs. We can use this platform to train the employees on the process discipline lessons, to instruct the difficult parts of the work instruction and the special requirements of process. We can convey points worthy of attention clearly to the employees, and to arrange the essential staff to the important work station. Therefore we can help employees to reduce the errors caused by being not familiar with the things. At the same time, the thought of the employees have been trained. Fort those who have ideological problems, we will convince them. And let them know what is reasonable and what their ambitions’ are. So our team atmosphere will get more positive and harmonious.
Now, our morning meetings are not limited to daily meetings held by each department. We have organized a whole staff level meeting once a month. During the morning meeting, the leader learn the long history of Chinese together with all the members to develop positive energy in the society, and let the employees receive good moral education to work harder in the following days. Besides, we summarize the advantages and problems of the previous month, and point out new improvement direction and the following important steps. Since we have the morning meeting, all the production department are united. None of them want their department to be the last one in the company. The managers have realized the importance of the morning meeting from the practice and achieved their desired effects.
