Physical and psychological health are related directly to each staff’s working and life. We can say that health is the base of happy working and living, so please do not ignore your health. In other words, we should pay more attention to the health of ourselves. After evaluating our own health condition, maybe it is necessary to do a complete physical examination.

When it comes to health examination, as the director of Company Welfare Committee, I thought our staff should have an examination immediately. The fee is paid by company welfare found. And we could let each staff know more about their health condition. Then, I wrote a proposal, and got the approval from all members of Company Welfare Committee. From 9 to 12 am In on 10/13/2014, all staff could have an examination at central plaza of our company.

In the morning of examination, at about 8:30AM, the medical van from Shenzhen Sun hospital arrived at our company. Then the medical staff began to arrange examination workstation, pass out examination form, and introduce examination process listed below.

Soon the examination started: after filling out the examination form, the first station was “Chest X-ray”. X-ray was able to judge the status of internal organs through optic scan.

The second station was “Blood pressure measuring”; we might need to adjust our habits if the result is out of range.

The third station was “Internal examination”, and it was about measurement of heart rate, which could exanimate your heart condition by stethoscope.

The last two stations were “Surgery examination and blood test”.

After the detailed examination and analysis medical staff could generate a physical examination report for each one.
