The Review of "Pronology Services Inc. - Cadres Conference"

With thankfulness, I participated in Pronology Services Inc. - Cadres Conference with superior supervisors from every department. In this conference, I was grateful that I had the opportunity to exert myself. I also appreciated my colleagues’ cooperation.
The purpose of this conference is not only for each department to report the yearly business plan of 2015, but also for Mr. Chen, the General Manager as well as the Big Patriarch of Pronology Services Inc., to encourage the colleagues and to set the goal for next new year. Hope through the great efforts paid by all staffs, Pronology Services Inc. will successfully achieve, and even exceed the new yearly objective.
I did gain a lot of priceless experiences from the conference, and I would like to share these experiences here.
Which one does the business earn? The profit of opportunity or the profit of management?
We should regard the “unit cost of production” as the key while analyzing the profits. Furthermore, we also should analyze the structure of the profits and find out the balance point of the competitive advantage, which is not the entire cost of services. For instance, we can still increase the rate of space-used while expanding the customer groups. We cannot guarantee it as the profitable products which can maintain its minimum wage and bring up its own basic foundation of the core value when the fundamental clients are apportioning the running minimum working hours. However, we still can think of its structure of the profits, which combines the following three key factors: “efficiency”, “availability of production”, “the rate of space-used and equipment-used”, and step toward the EMS provider of 2015.
The accuracy of information is the most important key. Through the transparent management of the remote access data status, our clients will fully understand their status of production of their products, and eternally depend on us with trust. Because of the eternal dependence from our clients, we then successfully create our core value, satisfying the clients’ needs, through the most efficient way. Therefore, we become the guardian of medium to low volume high mix production.
Your core value of existence is to create profits
The responsibilities of the Cadres Conference are: Growing with the team, constantly possessing the unmovable faith of the team’s prospect, the attitude of continuously learning new things for the team’s new objectives, fulfilling the destiny given by the team against the high pressures with superior durability, ignoring personal interests, sharing the team’s joys and sorrows, finding ways for success rather than finding excuses for failure, helping all the employees to constantly improve themselves. Through writing this article, I understood that if we want to satisfy the daily needs and to create the consummate life for our customers, we must constantly polish ourselves and pursue the higher goals. We also should be excelsior and enhance our competitiveness. Furthermore, we have to continuously create the span-new mode of operating and profiting. Abiding by our mission, vision and core value, we provide excellent products and services with our most honest management capacity. Those who wants to accumulate fortunes must accumulate talented people first. Focusing on the transformation of our business and the upgrade of thinking mode, Pronology Services Inc. analyzes the trend of economic development and therefore realizes that the keys of business are actually “Inheritance” and “Sustainability”. I firmly believe that the experiences of the Cadres Conference will generate tremendous positive effects to every department, and lead us to the ultimate operating results.

Realization - A precious "gift"
For me, who just joined Pronology Services Inc., it was my first time to participate the cadres conference. What is the most important thing that I learned from this meeting? That is - realized the "self-identity", and further, the integration of "happiness". And this insight and integration work is the fundamental motivation for achieving annual operating targets.
Cadres Conference - A noun that represents fresh, attractive, sense of promise and with a little fear
Because it was my first time to participate in such event, this event led to much curiosity. I was not sure what sparkle that could help to promote our business would have been brought up during the meeting with other participants. So for the outcome of meeting, I had high expectation. I worried if boss or other department heads raised challenging questions that I was not able to respond properly during the meeting. For me, this event was so called "have expectation but fear of getting hurt" activity.
Core values - learning and growing
Although company arranged to allow participants to relieve the pressure during the free time in this two-day cadres conference. In my case, for the first time to participate in this event, I had to use the spare time to digest the conference agenda and plans and reach resolutions. Instead of relieving the pressure, it was another tense situation for me.
In the tense atmosphere, I also realized the core value of learning and growth, which can represent my mood that is full of "thankfulness" and "joy". From the successful achievements in this two-day event, I deeply realized that:
  1. Stimulate enthusiasm from the heart
    Choose to do the meaningful things that make you happy, so that we can actively and effectively kindle our enthusiasm from the heart. We can furthermore meet reach a sense of accomplishment and receive the benefits more than you expected.
  2. Learn how to fail
    There is no shortcut to success. Do not let fear of failure stop you from trying to pace in new areas. Just know that a gap between success and failure is only a thin line, depending on whether you have the courage and perseverance in the pursuit of success.
  3. Accept the imperfect self
    Do not ignore the uniqueness of what you have. Also, you need to get rid of the ideology of "perfectionism". Note that feeling disappointed, upset, and sad is also part of human nature. Accept them and think them as a part of the natural things. You need to occasionally allow yourself to get lost and feel sad. Then ask yourself, what you can do to make yourself feel a little better.
  4. Exercise regularly
    Be fully prepared to work at any time. From the preparation of work you can gain your own wisdom and courage. So that can help your professional achievements to get broader and deeper.
  5. Get an adequate sleep
    Although sometimes "sit up all night" is inevitable, sleeping for 7-9 hours a day, however, is a great investment. Therefore, you will be more efficient, more creative and happier.
  6. Have a healthy communication
    "Give" and "take" are the two faces of one thing. When we help others, we also help ourselves. When we help ourselves, we also indirectly help others.
  7. Be courageous and persevering
    Courage is not the appearance of blind impulse, it is that you know you are in fear but you still remain wise in order to step forward resolutely and decisively.
  8. Express gratitude
    In your daily life, you would receive caring and intentioned help from family, friends and colleagues. Keep them in mind and don’t take them for granted. We should always be thankful and do not save our gratitude.
All of the above are my precious gifts that I received from the cadres conference. I recorded the wisdom from colleagues. And I always keep them in mind and I am thankful. I believe my "identity in happiness". This will help me improve my tolerance level.
