2015 Pronology Services Inc. - Cadres Conference

Time’s like birds. They disappeared from the sky after a moment, leaving only countless fragments and let people stop wandering. Time flies. It’s another year now. 2015 PSI-CN Cadres Conference was held at NanYue Young Pigeon Culture Food Garden located in GuangMing district on Dec. 13th, 2014. Each one sat around the council table with pen and paper, happily and expectantly, feeling this day’s meeting would be full of vigor and vitality. It would be a day for PSI to begin growing up and proactive planning in 2015. There are many different meeting slogans around the wall. Two of them gave me great impression, “Make improvement gradually for the optimal quality”; “Customer’s demand, team’s willing; company’s strategy and work result are more important than one’s thoughts”. It suddenly made me realized this—quality should be improved in 2015: Offer customers permanently satisfying products of constant quality, delivery time and service.
Tom made a statement at first as he was the host. Then it was general manager who gave review and conclusion report for 2014: A part of the customers set a high expectation for production performance for PSI in 2014. The demand for better quality is higher too. Especially for the increasing amount of foreign customers, we still need to improve. We looking forward to everyone’s change and ongoing efforts. Hope it can “blossom” in 2015. According to the analysis, there were two points need to be improved: 1) to improve the efficiency of everyone; 2) to improve machine’s operation rate. The significance about these two things were evaluated. These problem may have a bad influence for 2015 if we don’t make any measures of it. The next report was about customers’ details in 2014.
Then, the sales team reported their customers’ 2014 performanc. They also had a forecast evaluation for 2015. The next was Paul’s turnaround special report. QC planning for 2015,PD, Market, PMC, Production, Accounting, Administration also had an excellent report. The sound of applause and the sound from high speed rail made the reporters nervous and excited during their presentation. Lunch time came. Everyone talked and enjoyed the lunch, appreciating the beautiful scenery around. Some flowers blossomed, swaying in the cold wind, as if they welcomed our visiting. What a beautiful scenery! It made us all impressed. Each department’s representative took photos with general manager, and then the afternoons reporting session came.
In the end it was general manager’s planning report for 2015. It was comprehensive, detailed and systematic. The culture, administration pattern, automatic production, future development trends, sales target and improvements for 2015 were introduced. Everyone listened carefully and wrote down the points they need to notice. Ways of solution would be more than the difficulties if we don’t stop thinking and exploring.
The last 15 minutes were the discussion time. The manager replied every suggestions which were put forward. Charen suddenly said, “there are more white hair on the manager’s head. We were all in deep thought then…Later the vision for 2015 was presented by manager as a conclusion. The meeting then came to a successful ending.
In the end, everyone enjoyed a nice dinner while chatting with each other and laughing.
The vision is lovely. Hope our future is great too . A new journey, a new start. The year 2015, let’s go!
