The sense of mission is the foundation of a company (reliance achieves eternity; Your Trust Our Survival). In order to response to the impact brought by the red supply chain, every company should adapt to, predict and even embrace the change, control the change to open the gate of sustainable development. The key is the ability of changing. Company should learn to think with various perspectives, become the eternal reliance of clients by strengthening services and abide by the company’s foundation. The company then can achieve the mission of becoming the guardian of the production of low to middle and high mix products.

The talented people are not born naturally but educated. This is an obvious conclusion. But the true problem is how we evaluate and distribute the resources of education? Actually, the answers would not be that difficult. The first skill is being focus on one thing at one time and doing it well. The second skill is always keeping the positive and humble attitude. The positive attitude can make you always keep the faith to the future and not be knocked down easily by frustrations. The humble attitude can make you be willing to reflect on yourself and learn from obstacles, expand your own vision, gain new inspiration and value from introspection.

There are three phases of controlling the change and activating the positive cycle. The first phase is implementing the education project and expecting the outcome. The second phase is shifting and changing the behavior pattern. The third phase is impacting the company and evaluating the impact indicators generated by education project. We should help the company transform the staff’s passive learning attitude into active learning progressively. And even make the staff be willing to perform voluntarily. Then the company can become the eternal reliance of clients through achieving learning, sharing and excellent performance.
The ability to learn is the key which determines whether the company will succeed or not. Losing the ability and motivation of learning, the person or the company will lose the entire competitiveness. The learning ability of the company is extremely crucial in the rapid change of Technology: It is easy for clients to change supply chain. There is unexpected emergence of destructive competitiveness in the market and the main competitive factors of knowledge and service. Because in this environment filled with varieties and changes, we must equip ourselves with the ability of thinking with diversification and analyzing problems with various perspectives in order to overcome complex problems and get over the obstacles during learning. In the past year, the global development of industry had vividly shown the trends of global competition, reginal economy and de-marginalization. The development of electronic processing industry emphasizes on cost, efficiency and division system to walk toward the era of valuable creation. The success of a single company is contributed by the integration of various resources and power, forming the whole new role and model of competition in this new world full of changes.
No one can escape from or surrender to the era of comprehensive competition. The time you rest is the time you quit. A company should face the change bravely and make the right call to change or to stay. Changing is for elevating ourselves constantly, making breakthrough, improving and expanding the competitiveness, creating new pattern of operation and gaining profits. Staying is for providing great merchandise and services to the clients through the sense of mission, vision, core value and the ability of operation with honesty. Then the company can satisfy the needs, create the happiness of clients, and make the tremendous contribution to the clients through abiding by the core value.
