Product packaging design for shipment

The Processes services of the PSI include Packaging Design. The type of product packaging and shipping depends on customers’ needs. We provide simple package design (bubble wraps and Antistatic basket)) or a complete package design (bubble wraps, cellular separator, the top and bottom covers, outside carton and desiccant). The packaging design provides anti-static, anti-collision and anti-fall drop effects. We also established client’s product packaging material database on PSI’s ERP system for production line, which is ready for use in the future.
Introduction the Packaging material
1.For bags：
  1. ESD bag: (Electrostatic Discharge Bag) It prevents products from static electricity. The appearance resembles a bubble. It can prevent the products from scratches and bumped parts when transported.
  2. ESD plastic bag: It provides anti-static effect The bag looks transparent, but has a net of black static electricity lines on the appearance .
  3. Zipper bag: It provides common sealing function. The look is transparent. The zipper bag is used for common materials such as screws, wires or small parts.
2. Comb clapboard: It is composed of corrugated fiberboard. The flexibility of interlaced compartment is suitable for the customer's product size. It provides a very important protection. The products do not collide with each one after being shaken.
3. Top and bottom covers: It is composed of corrugated fiberboard. They are put flat on the upper layer and down the middle in the box, to prevent customer’s product from being shaken up and down, which may lead to collision damage.
4. Outside Carton: It is composed of corrugated fiberboard. We can provide the cartons in suitable size based on the weight and quantity of client’s products. It provides protection from dropping, making client’s products protected during transportation.
5. Tray: It is a plastic template. It provides protection for products. It is ga buffering packaging template.
6. Antistatic basket: It is a black plastic basket with anti-static effect. The plastic comb clapboard forms suitable compartments according to the size of products.
7. EPE Foam : Good flexibility. The appearance resembles white bubbles. It is light weighted and can be bent. It can absorb and disperse the impact force, which provides excellent cushioning effect. There are sheet, strip, bulk or customized models. It is an auxiliary material for the complete package. It fills up the remaining space, which can prevent the unexpected shaking in the carton.
8. Drier: It is for absorbing moisture and preventing customers’ products from damp during the Shipping.
9. Stack boards: It is wooden. We can ship with stack boards according to the customer’s need. It reduces the unnecessary collision and dropped boxes in shipping.
We can adjust the packaging type to satisfy customers’ needs. So that customer’s products can be safely delivered through freight, ocean freight, air transport and other means, domestically and internationally.
