1. Purpose:

1. 1.1 To increase the timeliness and accuracy of the shortage information.
2. 1.2 To provide notifications and warnings automatically to deal with the abnormal delivery date.
3. 1.3 To track the delivery date automatically , and improve the efficiency.

2. Steps and process：

1. 2.1 Information system will produce the shortage information automatically at night.
2. 2.2 Information system will send the requested quantity for today, three days later and seven days       later to purchasers and suppliers.
3. 2.3 When the suppliers get the requested quantity, they will reply with the delivery date through PSI        manufactory real time information system
4. 2.4 Information system will send the warning report about the abnormal delivery date every day.
5. 2.5 Information system will send the follow-up report of the unexpected operation every day.
