I have worked at Pronology for 9 years, in charge of administration and general affairs. I learned a lot from it, making good use of all company resources in order to avoid the nonessential waste.

EMS is an industry with low margin. Company culture makes all staff feel it as a company with its feet on the ground so that can let them work harder with the growth of the company. The main point is to reduce unnecessary expense such as water and electricity to keep more margin for company. Therefore, it’s essential for corporation to build a consensus within staff.

Due to business demand, there will be some movement of machines, redecoration of space, and modification of shelves and electric wires. Then some unused items will be returned to administration department and whether to keep or discard them becomes a challenge. The first picture shows that there should be some protection to prevent unauthorized persons getting close to container truck when loading the goods.

Finally, administration department made two fences with limited budget.

In Picture 2, the benches are made of wooden strips of external fence, they worked for 10 years. The 3rd picture is pretty golden leaf, which has a good name and it is easy to be taken care of. It’s someone threw it away and we brought it back to our factory.

If we can pay more attention to what’s around us, we will have the power to turn stone into gold.
