Speed Up the Repairing Work, Reduce The Outstanding Order

In order to satisfy the delivery requirements from different customer, to reduce the stock of inventory, and to close the working order faster, PSI – CN summed up the following two kinds of management tracking system after a long time exploration.

1. The management tracking system for repairing stock

  1. Use a Program from our ERP system called "The order mantissa statements (Program code-CSFP440)". Show the status every day in order to let the stock statements become better and better, we make follow-up or do something to it every day.
  2. Use a daily released report by our Production controller called "Material shortage list". Track the shortage materials situation and do some actions to let the issue keep moving forward.
  3. Monitor the status of the shortage material at two weeks in advance.
  4. Upgrade the repairing Engineer’s capacity, and to improve the working efficiency.

2. scrapped boards Declare and management

  1. Check the scrapped boards situation weekly, and report the scrapped board scrap list to our Production controller weekly.
  2. Usually, our Production controller will arrange a re-building work for these scrapped Boards within two months. If we can’t do this because of some reasons, The production Controller will ask our Sales staff to double check with the client , and to scrap these scrapped Board firstly. Then wait for the next time to re-build the and make a closure.
  3. Only asking Repairing Engineer do the repair work for these scrapped Boards, in order to reduce the damage rate during the repair work.
  4. In order to reduce the damage or Scrap issue happened when we do the repairing, we need upgrade our analysis skills, and find more fixtures or tools for the repair work.
