Exception, as the name, is different with the normal, in general the difference is obvious, and easy to be detected or found, but there are some differences which have a slow change, and are not very obvious, only accumulating to a certain extent, it will be obvious.

In IT team efforts, we have imported the exception management system in the information management system, now I will introduce the whole operation mode to you

When QA department received a variety of quality deviation (including factory & customer complaint), QA member will input them into the exception management system in the MIS, and ask each related department to do analysis and give the corrective action, As shown in the below figure：

The MIS will send the notification to the responsible department automatically, who will do the analysis and give the corrective action. when no processing more than 3 working days , the MIS will automatically remind again by email, until getting the answer from the responsible department, as shown in the below figure:

After quality deviation have been recorded, production line can use the KANBAN system of MIS information management system, based on the work order, to get the quality issue list and detail which have happened in the earl, and to remind the production line member as a key control item, as shown in the below figure:

When the production line member do the first 5pcs inspection and query the issue record ,the system will count based on times, The MIS system will close the quality issue automatically when the times is over 3times,

When the quality deviation system will be on-line, this system will be convenient for the production line to query the quality issue record in the early, and will save the paper, and Have the high working efficiency and environmental protection
