First is Product Stage
Pronology services Inc. have the product engineer team,Basing on the MIS system and ERP system,our engineer will translate the product files from customers(BOM,Gerber files, Production matters needing attention, operation instruction, and so on) into the data which will been knew easily by PSI inner member, and upload them to the KANBAN System of production line. The product line members will see the data via the LCD panel of KanBan system in real-time.

For the production quality, PSI have the quality department to control the production quality,
First is that IPQC will check the production equipment and the ESD protection by two hours;
Secondly the QC members will do the visual inspection with 100%; again QA members will do the function test and visual inspection basing on the AQL standard; Finally the QE members will do the reliability inspection(High-low temperature test and drop test),and to ensure the quality stability.For the quality issues, PSI will review monthly,and upload the issues detail to the KanBan system, to remind the production line members to pay attention to them.
For the delivery, PSI have the automatic schedule, to control the kiting date and production plan, Mainly can meet the customer’s requirement, if the delivery maybe been delayed, the sales will give the notice to customers before one week,and talk about the new schedule with customers; and the customs member of PSI also can help the customers to arrange the shipment, to reduce the overhead from customers.

First PSI can do the customization and the storage service; secondly PSI will provide the warranty with one year for the materials which parts from PSI; Finally the sales of PSI will keep contact with the window of customers via email,QQ,Wechat, Skype by weekly, to confirm the new requirement and to track the quality status, and to provide the other services to customers in real time.
