Planning in 2018
It’s past about half a year already in 2018. Pronology Services Inc. went through a period of business operating turbulence. It returned to normal track in 2017 finally. We have stable business situation to do more aggressive planning in 2018. Welcome our customers give us more and more inputs. Let PSI be the best guardian of EMS.
Following is our mission in 2018 for your reference.
- Complete the task of production flow automation
- Flows to be automation from customer order received, BOM built, Working order opened, Material simulation, Material order placed, Production schedule planning, Material kitting, WO transfer, Shipping to financial system. Our goal is to finish the automation of above processes hand-over in 2018. The major task of office staff is oral communication and deviation analyses, instead of repeating documentation processes task.
- To be automation for the transfer of ordering system and reduce the transfer mistake caused by human between customers and PSI in 2018, too.
- Production equipments progress

- SMT line: Replace screen printer, add 10 zones N2 reflow, and add SPI (Solder Paste Inspaction Machine).
- DIP line: Selective wave soldering machine
- Assembly line: Add more eSOP lines, and add burn-in chambers

- SMT line: Replace screen printer, Add 10 zones N2 reflow
