Automated workflow

At the end of each year, the head of departments will set targets for the next year, report to the associations and make recommendations for integration. At the end of 2015, each department sets the goal, automatized operation! The goal mainly focuses on paper work. Reports imported into ERP or MIS jobs are no longer manual reports. It is the first step of automatize, but it is also a big leap forward. Although the automation planning for 2016 and 2017 is limited to the planning of each department, it also lays the basic logic for the automation of seed personnel in various departments.
With a certain foundation of automated planning logic, we set the next threshold for automation at the end of 2018, automation of the process! Automation of the process is an inter-departmental automation plan, simply by the original stand-alone version. Advanced to the network connection version! Although the planning difficulty has been greatly improved, the automation of the operation process is a necessary route for a small number of different types of production EMS. The main purposes are as follows:
  1. The automation of serial operations in various departments can reduce manual errors greatly.
  2. Let the indirect personnel focus on the abnormal problem.
  3. The first three major anomalies in each quarter are the primary planning direction, so that the probability of abnormality is minimized. Another advantage is that the labor cost can be reduced to deal with the abnormal part.
The narrative in the previous paragraph is mainly to let everyone know more about PSI's blueprint for automation! I am working for business units, and I am fortunate to be selected as one of the leaders of the automation of the process, and the work currently planned by the business unit. The process is automated as follows, and we are working hard to put together the automation blueprint of the workflow process. Stay tuned!

The PSI team will continue to focus on automation in the process of 2019, and will be the next step in 2020 - optimizing the automation of the process. No! It is not so much the next threshold, but the PSI is entering another era!
