As today, high development of information technology, resource and information formalizing and collecting become more and more important to each enterprise. PSI founds Management information center to improve the MIS（Management Information System）planning in Jan. 2011, through manpower, material resources, financial resources, facility, technology and etc. of company, using computer and internet communication technology as possible as we can process and program all kinds of information data, then provide to the management staff promptly, in order to enhance the information management and set up the high effect and prompt information communication with customer and supplier.

1. Change new ERP system
    Updating ERP system to assist the related affairs of PSI-TWN’s list, such as IFRS requirement, and     enhance the whole manufacturing management (etc.MES, EDI…), start from Mar. 2011, online in July,     2011 formally.

2. Found program development team
    Founded the programming team in March 2011, design and compile the second development to ERP system     as well as other information system.

3. Improve the automatic production schedule system
    Make the automatic production schedule system more effective, transfer to new ERP system when new ERP     is on line.

4. Set up advertisement system
    Realize the share and prompt control to product related data and information, plan to complete and put into     effect in the third quarter of 2011.

5. Set up MES system
    Through internet to enter the MES of PSI-CN, in order to make customer know the material kitting and     production status of their order, and manage the related information promptly, which plan to complete and     put into effect in 2012.

6. Set up no paper process system
    By all means making full use of the company’s internal network, set up prompt, high effective, energy     saving, environmental protection of office system and environment.<br />
