

Abnormal Management Platform by Production Control Dept.

In response to the wide variety of product models of every customer, every departments of PSI are continued to implement the automated management processes. The production control department has been introduced the automation system for many years. This year's, the management spindle uses horizontal communication between existing e-mail and Line to vertically integrate more production and all kinds of abnormal information, through the abnormal management platform by production control department developed a more real-time abnormal management mechanism and improved the overall work management efficiency.
For the same product work order, because the information is dispersed in different management modules, it is less able to process and discover all to-do items or to-do priority order simultaneously. For enhanced the abnormal management capability and production efficiency, we built the abnormal management platform which includes the establishment of "Quick Screening Search", "Anomaly Classification Display" and "Link System real-time Reply Processing". When a problem occurs in the production process and the abnormality can be eliminated, the production capacity can be repaired in the shortest time, the delivery rate can be improved and the company can bring maximum operating benefits.
The abnormal management platform is planned and designed from 2019. Since the beginning of 2020, we continued to improvement and correction that have gradually matured. It can link company information and provide users with all abnormal items to be processed for the same product work order and strive to be excluded in the shortest time. Whether it is before, during or after production, you can control and find the matters that need to be processed immediately, and communicate with other units to solve the problem, reflect the abnormal information early and eliminate it, I believe that the introduction of the abnormal management platform will be able to provide customers with shorter delivery times and better services for full-process OEM products.

C. The advantages of the implementation of the abnormal management platform:

- Quickly integrate abnormality and update information in real time: To establish an abnormal management system that it will be able to link up with the MIS and TIPTOP various program operation requirements, cooperate with automated program screening conditions to judge and integrate all abnormality to be processed with the information is displayed on the same screen.
- Effectively control the progress of abnormality handling: Through the abnormal management platform to quickly communicate horizontally with other departments and reduce e-mail round trips and improve the efficiency of handling various abnormality.

D. Future planning:
The current abnormality handling principles are sorted according to the order of shipment date, customer type and work order. General items are set to display blue fonts and urgent items are set to display red fonts. In the future, various management and control mechanisms will be added one after another, the scope of platform management will be expanded and the method of anomaly notification will be optimized to communicate directly with customers and suppliers.
- Autonomous notification: Link the abnormal information of general items to relate departments and they can reply and eliminate the abnormalities according to the priority order of the events.
- Mandatory notification: Link the abnormal message of the emergency to the relevant personnel and request immediate processing.
