Pronology Services (China) Inc. introduced the advanced human static electricity comprehensive testing instrument in January 2020, which can test the ground resistance of the electrostatic shoes, foot band and electrostatic bracelet, so as to effectively eliminate the static electricity carried by the human body, in order to improve the efficiency of manual testing, reduce manpower and ensure quality.
The test steps are as follows:
Antistatic Bracelet test
The anti-static hand ring is put on the hand, the alligator clamp end at the end of the hand ring is clamped on the connecting copper wire of the tester, and the other hand presses the button of the tester.
If the green light is on, it indicates that the antistatic Bracelet plus the body resistance value is between 1-10m Ω, then it can be used safely.
Electrostatic shoe test
Put on the conductive shoes and step on the conductive pedal of the human body comprehensive impedance tester. Press the button of the tester by hand to test.
If the red or yellow light is on, and there is an alarm sound, it indicates that the conductive shoes are unqualified, and they need to be replaced before they are tested according to the above method.
If the green light is on, it indicates that the conductive shoe is normal and can be used safely. Meanwhile, fill the content in ESD report.
