Through the efforts of colleagues in IT department, Real Time Information System will be ready, the communication between Customers and PSI will be going on automatically. Customers can access this Information System from all over the world via internet, and to get the production status of PSI.
Then, Let me show you an overview of the current system:
- Customers can access our official website, and then login into the Real Time Information System through User ID and Password
- Go into the System(please change your password when you login at first time);
Left side of the page is a functional partition, it contains 4 parts (Purchase Order, Shipped, Materials, and Others) which are all the information that customers want to know.
2-1. Purchase Order
This partition will show out Sales Order Schedule, Production Schedule, Lack Materials Detail (Customers) and Lack Materials Detail.

Customers can get Shipping Schedule and Report.

Customers can upload the technology files to PSI’s data system, get the repair report for RMA.
