In the era of globalization, besides Asia, Pronology's customers are all over Europe and the United States. Therefore, person-to-person instant messaging software and face-to-face discussions and communication can no longer satisfy customers' desire for real-time information. How can we provide customers with more real-time differentiation? More accurate information, so that customers can easily and instantly query all relevant information through the Internet no matter where they are. I am very pleasure to share about the more convenient and efficient services provided by Pronology to customers.
The following we will introduce to you that we provide customers with online 24H convenient and real-time information.
First of all, Pronology customers, please apply for customer accounts from your sales, and then we will take the customers into tour of PSI Grand View Garden!
1. Login system: When the customer has a dedicated account password, please connect to Pronology official website (http://pronology.com.tw). As follows.

2. Order query:
- Customers can check real-time order status through PO/MO number, customer material number or other related parameters.
- If the customer key in the material information into the system, they can query the lack of material supply by simulating the lack of material as the basis for material input, so that they can understand the situation of each work order in real time, and make timely adjustments to the work order and processing.
- Customers can also inquire about real-time production schedule and production status.

3. Shipment:
- Customers can check the order shipment schedule and directly check the real-time shipment status of the day.
- Order shipping details Customers can check shipping history data based on shipping time, PO, and invoice number conditions.

4. Material:
- Customers can query the simulated shortage of materials, or special materials and unused materials according to the order or model they want to know.
- At the same time, customers can also inquire about customer supply changes, inventory and input status reports.
- In addition, we also provide reports such as customers' supply of bad materials and inventory of bad materials.
