In the past two years, the SMT production line of PSI has also begun to build various automations, so that PSI can occupy a place in this rapidly changing technology industry territory, and also have more transparent information to provide better service to customers.

Engrave a two-dimensional barcode on the PCB. Each PCB has an independent ID card. The barcode can be automatically scanned during production. The production history information of each PCB can be clearly obtained. Customers can feel more assured when they see the production history. There is no doubt about the quality of PSI production.

As mentioned above, in order to provide clear information, the materials must not be careless. In the material part, each material of PSI has its own ID card ID. Each ID contains material number, specification, Manufacturer P/N, Date Code, Lot NO. These material ID will eventually pass through during production. The Error Proof System confirms that it is correctly produced and used on the work order. In the end, the material information of the work order can be traced through the system to ensure the correctness of the materials used and the confirmation of the Date Code.

We have reached the material, and how can the production of auxiliary materials lack the solder paste of SMT in production? We have also developed and built a solder paste management system, so that the solder paste can be stored, reheated, opened, and use work and orders. It can control clearly by the system, make SMT production operations more transparent and standardized, and provide better production quality services.
