With our increasing customer base, the product range is also increasing day by day, many of the products have the demand of offline software programming. The traditional operation mode is to send the required IC to the outsource manufacturer, in this way, the ESD protection and recording quality control in the process are all controlled by the IC recording manufacturer's own management process, and the time to verify the IC first piece is also long. If you can keep the IC in PSI-CN burning, you can achieve rapid confirmation, the quality of the process visible purpose. In 2021, we introduced ACROVIEW (https://www.acroview.com) fully automatic AP8000 recording system to better provide our customers with our good service.
ACROVIEW automatic recording AP8000 system is composed of feeding system,identification system, recording system and packaging system.
Firstly, the feeding system is introduced. The equipment model we introduced at present can realize braid in braid out, support 8mm to 48mm braid packaging material, or Tray into Tray out, there are reserved Stick material tube into Tray out or braid out. These three feeding functions can almost deal with all IC incoming packaging at present.
Identification system is through the CCD camera vision to be placed into the IC components to find the geometric center in advance, to put into the burning block to do a good job of positioning action. As SMT placement machine principle of CCD relative compensation function, on the X/Y coordinates of a modified and positioning, because it is a complete accurately in a vertically, so completely avoid the IC pins deformation, float higher common human burn bad phenomenon.
Programming System is composed of Anke Burning Device (AP8000) and driving software APROG, equipment hardware and software of a data exchange to implement automatic burning. A good man-machine dialogue window will remind the engineer every time to check whether the correct burning procedure has been transferred and the correct setting of the burning action has been carried out. Whether the IC is burned successfully is the APROG and AP8000 computer according to intercommunication, and then transfer information to other multi-axis automatic control system and then the multi-axis automatic control system will be burned good IC out of the package and put into the IC not burned.
The packaging system is the IC with the APROG software confirmed number record OK, and it is placed in the braid Tray or Tray according to the preset way of the program. When the Tray or Tray is full, it will automatically remind the operator to change the packing material.
AP800 automatic Programming, can automatically place the IC burning position and identify whether the burning is completed and automatically to the IC has been burned to pack, to achieve unmanned operation, so the IC and the human body contact probability is very small, effectively protect the IC from electrostatic damage and other bad, efficient and reliable.
