Business Abnormality and Operation Management Platform

With the progress of The Times, we will throw away the original cumbersome and traditional operation mode, towards the full automation of the operation mode development.
The communication between each department of PSI and customers is mainly via E-mail and Wechat, we will receive hundreds of e-mails every day, the more information, the easier some information is to be neglected, and it is almost impossible to deal with all of problems by E-mail in time. Therefore, our company have developed its own system to establish an automated platform to integrate information, so that all salesmen can deal with anomalies through the platform information in time, and to avoid the occurrence of anomalies.
Through the Business Abnormality and Operation Management Platform, the salesmen can see which order has the exception to be deal with via this platform. According to the prompts of the system to deal with these issues, and to avoid the issues caused by human negligence, and to improve the efficiency and quality of salesmen.
Business Abnormality and Operation Management Platform has the following parts:
1. Quotation missing before shipment
Abnormality#① : The sales order was not found
Abnormality#② : The sales order has no price or no quotation document
2. Consign parts shortage before production
Abnormality#
Consign parts have the shortage in 7 calendar days before kitting date. Consign parts have the shortage in 8-14 calendar days before kitting date.
3. Unfinished orders
The platform will control the time how long the orders need to be finished from production starting, so sales representative will set up this time for everyone customer into ERP system in advance.
If the orders didn’t be finished within the appointed time, these orders will be listed on platform.
4. Not started orders
The orders will be listed on platform which order still didn't production after 180 days over the original started date
5. Forecast orders issue
Because some materials have a long lead time, in order to meet the shipping request of customers, PSI will help our customers to do the forecast orders controlling, and to prepare the materials in advance.
If customer still didn’t release a formal order to PSI for these forecast orders within 40days over kitting date, these orders will be listed on the platform
6. CXMP460 issue
CXMP460 is a management app for all of orders from ERP system, the platform will collect all of issues which are from CXMP460, and display on the platform, such as lead time issue and sales order issue and kitting date issue and so on
7. Borrowing list
The platform will list all of products and components what the salesmen have borrow from warehouse or other departments and to remind salesmen to give back to them in time
8. Dead PCBA
PSI will provide the repairing services for our customers, but PSI is not ODM, maybe several PCBA modules can’t be repaired well by PSI’s engineer, so these modules will have to be shipped to customers for technology support. When orders have the dead PCBA , the platform will collect and display the progress .
