From this year, every staff can apply for go out by MIS PLUS online system to record time, place, reason for go out, and request vehicle. The system will automatically send emails to relevant people such as managers, HR, and security staff. Security staff can check from computer if the person who tries to go out from factory already apply for go out or not. Besides, if there are double booking for vehicle dispatch for the same time, it can also be rejected by system and can reschedule time for go out. It’s beneficial for efficiency.
