The current ERP or MES system usually provides production schedules or production information to personnel for confirmation before execution. The execution personnel need to enter the system to confirm and then do the right thing. When the workload is not very large, the system is a very good way of operating already. Workers can confirm the work items they should be working on the system. However, when the operation system becomes complicated, the quality of work of personnel will be reduced due to the increased workload, so work errors will easily occur. In the production line of small quantities of diverse high-quality products, work errors can lead to very serious compensation consequences. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that the work quality is 100% correct despite the complex operating system. After we complete the establishment of a fully automated operation system this year, we will be committed to the development of a path of 100% work quality accuracy next year.

The main action of intelligent reminding system is based on the current automated operation system, and the computer system determines the start time of a specific job. During the fixed lead time before startup, connect APP proactively notifies the execution personnel to start preparatory actions and correctly confirm the actions that should be performed. Ensure that the preparatory actions have been reliably completed at the starting point of the work. Resolve personnel may miss information, causing delays or errors in the operation of the system, with irreversible consequences.

Intelligent reminding system will be used for pre-reminder actions for each work item in the production line, alarm actions after abnormal conditions in production are intelligently analyzed by computers, and regular notifications and reminder actions for items to be processed in the management system.
