In the future work, need to master all the professional knowledge of this training, practice them in the work. We are the EMS Company, it should be targeted treatment provide the best service. At the same time we also need to strengthen our negotiation skills, in order to not only make our customer satisfied, but also get the largest interests for our company.
At last, the cooperation and communication with other departments is an important thing. Communication not only can solve problems quickly, but also can understand each other.
