Time flies, it is time to the PSI cadre annual meeting coming exciting moment. Inadvertently, I have grown up with PSI for 17 years. As a member of PSI, I am sincerely proud and pleased. The growth of PSI is also my growth, in the joint efforts, we have completed their own life turning point.

Today, PSI has embarked on the journey of modern electronic technology enterprises, and we are gradually maturing on the journey. Looking back on the past days, I am really grateful to PSI, because PSI created opportunities for me to grow, provided a stage for me to show my self-worth, and enabled me to constantly gain nutrients in my work and gain confidence in growing through life experiences. In a word, all these are the results of my growth with PSI, and I am willing to pay my own hard work and sweat for such a company. I appreciate “growth is a responsibility”. Only by taking growth as a responsibility, we can create greater value and achieve the goal of continuous growth.

Employees are the cornerstone of a business, and when each of our employees can recognize this, I believe that our work will be more motivated, more proud and responsible. The development of the enterprise is inseparable from the hard work and efforts of every employee. An enterprise is like a river, and its employees are its source. Only when employees grow rapidly and work hard, the big river of the enterprise stop at its source and roll forward.

I admire the postman named Fred. His professionalism is worth learning from. In the past, I always did not have a correct understanding of my work, and thought that I was purely working for the enterprise. In the process of growing up, I gradually understand that when you work for the enterprise, you are also working for yourself. Employees who do not know how to cherish the position, the position will not cherish him. Therefore, we have no reason to think that our work environment is insignificant, and there is no reason to despise and abandon it. Because we have jobs, we become more important, for us, for our families, for businesses and for society as a whole! The past has become history, looking to the future. In order to make our enterprises in the fierce competition in the market economy, we are required to continue to create greater value, but only good at growth people can do this. As an employee, the success or failure of the enterprise is closely related to yourself.
