Quality Abnormality Management

With the increasing development of computer automation technology, a lot of cumbersome paperwork has been gradually replaced by automated computer operations, on the one hand, to improve operational efficiency, on the other hand, also to avoid the occurrence of many errors.
The traditional communication between departments is mainly based on E-mail, Wechat, QQ, etc., but for the quality management, in addition to the above mentioned ways to quickly deal with the abnormalities, still need QE according to the requirements of ISO9001 abnormalities in the initiation, analysis, tracking management. In this way, it is necessary for the personnel to manage the data records of the abnormalities in order to ensure the integrity of the data.
PSI's management of exceptions is divided into the following sections:
I、 Parameter maintenance
II、 Exception initiation: Login to the exception system and enter the details of the exception.
III、 Abnormality analysis:the responsible department analyzes the cause of the abnormality and improves the
       countermeasures.
IV、 Abnormality tracking: QE personnel follow the abnormality record sheet for improvement tracking every week.
