Therefore, the complexity of the operation has increased a lot. Make good use of tools and spend time on the right things to achieve a stitch in time saves nine!
I work in business department now, and overall structure of the work content will be divided into four parts:
  1. Before manufacture
  2. Manufacturing
  3. After manufacture
  4. Other services
In simple terms, it is not finding anomalies, communicating or generating reports through manual work. Instead, it is using the system to proactively tell the executors what to do first, so that the work can be completed with a stitch in time saves nine!
# First part: Before manufacture
  1. Material (shortage management system)
  1. Customers and manufacturers can reply to the ETA date of self-purchased materials and customer-supplied materials through the CRM system.
  2. If there is a shortage of materials in the work order within seven days (inclusive) after the current day, the MIS system will remind you of the shortage exception.
  1. Orders (Sales orders system)
Directly import into the ERP system by files, automatically open work orders, and avoid the risk of human input errors.
  1. Production data (Cloud exchange system)
Transfer production data from the Cloud through system-to-system connection automatically.
# Second parts: Manufacturing

Through this system, you can understand the production data provision status of the work order, previous production abnormality history, this production abnormality information, and first piece inspection status.
