
Activation of Employee QR Code ID Badges

With technological advancement, our company continues to evolve. Beginning in May 2025, we upgraded our employee ID badges. The original paper-based badges could only display limited employee information. Now, with the implementation of QR codes, scanning the badge allows access to more comprehensive data, including:
- Employee Entry Date – Integrated with the HR system to enable traceability in case of quality-related issues.
- Job-Related Skills, Professional Certifications, and Training Records – Specific to the employee’s department and role.
- Additional Application Scenarios – The badge can be used for convenient access and operations in various contexts, ensuring instant availability of relevant information when needed.
The entire badge production process is carried out via the company’s MIS system.

Login to MIS → Open Office Automation System → Basic Information → Employee ID Badge
