In various religions, there are discussions about coming with a wish and returning after completion of the wish. When I was young, I always thought that destiny was created by my own efforts, and wealth was earned by my own intelligence and talent. However, according to the popular fortune-telling in the Eastern world, after the baby is born, the parents will go to a fortune-teller to draw up a horoscope and calculate the fortune for the whole year. This will be a reference for the child's life. My parents are also not immune to the custom of calculating my fortune. As I grow older, I gradually discover that the trajectory of a person's life is not always determined by fate, but there are certain routes that follow the main trunk. This makes people have to believe in the wisdom of our ancestors and the principle that everything is determined by fate.

When I was a kid, I grew up in the countryside. Most families were engaged in agricultural work. When the children had free time after school, they would work on the farm. The purpose of studying was to learn what the teacher wanted us to learn, and the purpose of doing homework was to avoid being beaten by the teacher. The quality of homework often varied due to differences in talent. Gradually, I went through elementary school, junior high school, senior high school, and college life. I had many more questions in my mind: Why should there be differences between IQ and EQ as a person? The interweaving of rationality and sensibility? What role do these differences play in life? Because these very different factors interweave the complex interpersonal relationships and ability development of society. What kind of arrangements have fate and God made on the development of this life trajectory? How should relatively insignificant people face the predetermined fate chain arrangement of God in these few short decades of activities?

Experience will allow people to have more spiritual connection and understanding with God. Many metaphysical and physical ideological problems in the process of life let us reflect on the course of life and the joys, sorrows, anger and happiness after being tested and solved by multiple problems given by God. In an instant, life will realize the purpose and mission of the IQ and EQ, rational and emotional world given to us by God. It turns out that what God gives to life is not happiness and smoothness, but the ability to solve problems and resilience. In the operation story of social history, every screw should show its brilliance.

Society is a group life, and the interaction between people has become more frequent due to the development of social media. Everyone cannot escape a lesson that how to play your role in a group. Jesus has a golden sentence in the Bible: "Whoever wants to be great among you must be your servant; whoever wants to be first among you must be your slave. Just as the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many." (Matthew 20: 26-28) After decades of rolling in the world, I gradually realized that the more wisdom and emotional intelligence people have, the more they will live up to the biblical philosophy of life—whoever wants to be first among you must be your slave. Serving the public is the most important mission God has given to people.

Empathy is a phrase we often say. When we go to government agencies to do things, the most amazing thing is the civil servants who are polite and complete the service quickly. The most disgusting thing is the face of those who show off their power and always want to get money to do things. In a company, the same reason, the most praised employees or bosses must be service-oriented, serving as a bridge between units in a company. The connecting personnel between the top of the mountain are the soul of the company's growth process. A deeper understanding will find that such people have high emotional intelligence and rational thinking. The mission given by God to people is to expect people to grow from being served to serving people in the process of growth. Use the gift given by God, superior IQ and EQ, to become the mainstay of guiding the trend in the torrent of history. May the attitude of service and love lead the world to a prosperous scene of cooperation and forgiveness.
