Introduction of packing process

Description: All materials of system products, including accessories 、Cable、Manual 、Label、Gift box、Carton、 including all the materials packed into finished products , generally refer to packing process .

Process description:
A. Receiving customer orders→B. Release technical information→C. Product process and technology transfer→D. Preparation before production→E. First article making→F. Simulate / set up production→G. SOP internalization→H. Compute and provide working hours info.→I. Products production→J. Production line end of the operation→ K. Product inspection→L. DFM Report feedback
A. Receiving orders: Let production department know the order notice.
  A-1. Sales will enter the customer order into ERP system.
  A-2. System will process the order with a report, and will show the product model of the order.
B. Release technical information: Let engineers know the related technical information of the
     product order.
  B-1. Marketing department receives technical information from sales and release it
  B-2. Important documents of assembly and production includes(BOM, SOP, ECN, Production
          notes).
C. Product production technology transfer: Let engineers learn related process technology.
  C-1. Arrange technology transferring from customer to engineer
  C-2. During the technology transfer process, we will know the product feature and control points
D. Preparation before production: To speed up the production schedule.
  D-1. Get the documents for production (BOM, SOP, ECN, Production notes) to check the product
  D-2. Product tools / Equipment calibration and prepare.
  D-3. Packing equipment—Electronic scale, needs calibration before production, to make sure
          accurate measurement.
  D-4. Packing equipment—Pyrocondensation machine
  D-5. Packing equipment—Sealing machine
  D-6. Packing equipment—The ultrasonic wave press fits machine
E. Make first article: To find problem and improve it before mass production
  E-1. Follow the SOP and Make the first articles 3~5 pcs.
  E-2. Any problem found in the first article review process will pass to customer for solutions.
F. Simulate / formulate the way of production: To find the best production mode for efficient
    production.
  F-1. Follow the SOP to formulate the production steps and procedure.
  F-2. Simulate to see if there’s any production problem and make correction immediately.
G. SOP internalization: Transform customer's SOP to PSI SOP format for operators’ easier
     understanding.
  G-1. Before mass production, need to internalize SOP.
  G-2. SOP internalization is made by production engineer and approved by manager.

H. Compute and provide working hours: All production action has to improve based on actual
     working hours to have a more efficient production.
  H-1. Before the first shipment, provided standard working hours for sales to quote, and engineer
          do Capacity Planning accordingly

I. Products production: To officially phase in production.
J. End of production: Making sure if the remaining materials is matched to unassembled quantity
    to improve the efficiency for end of work orders.
K. Product quality inspection: Use AQL mode for inspection, improve quality level.
L. No follow-up production process to confirm shipping: Product shipment.
M. DFM Report feedback: All issues including Design problem/ Production problem / Material
      problem can be solved before mass production.
  M-1. Within 3 days of shipment, provide professional DFM Report to customer and discuss the
           improvement for next mass production.
