The few diverse is PSI’s policy, documents from different customers ‘s product which also become the PSI’s burden, for instance, fifty customers ‘s documents which have over ten products could made the burden in 2010.

Although the company builds the ERP system which not only can communicate production information by different departments, but also can reduce the production risk, the company gradually figure out the document which customer provide can become the burden, documents from different customers many people must transfer to ERP systems, always use paper working ,and this way could waste human resources , so how to combine and improve becomes our big lesson.

Traditional paper working is not only waste a lot of paper and printing ink, but could make information errors, and it always leads huge loss for company. The MIS team can build up a system and control the different files. Everyone can get same document from the common file, and it can efficiently reduce the risk in enterprise.

Gradually, electronic files system become the PSI’ burden, because it must manage by much human resource, so the ERP System that MIS design can choice the correct file and provide to correct departments for reducing the error by fixed monitor and mobile monitor.
