EVT (Engineer Verification Test)

  1. Purchasers assist in search of the first main source according to customer designed spec., and provide price as a reference.
  2. Project Managers plan time frame with Action Item for each tasks for every division and make sure all tasks can be completed on time.
  3. Work with sub-contractor to design ID and ME mechanical housing.
  4. Work with vender to build circuit drawing and layout in order to complete Gerber file.
  5. Engineers get involved with test SOP discussion.
  6. PCBA sample production and DFM report provided.

DVT (Design Verification Test)

  1. Purchasers assist in search of the 2nd source for customer’s approval and list it into QVL.
  2. Project Managers plan time frame with Action Item for each tasks for every division and make sure all tasks can be completed on time.
  3. Marketing people assist in search of test lab for safety/EMC test application.
  4. Engineers assist to organize test station set-up and test jig build.
  5. Marketing department assists in package design.
  6. Purchasers assistant in the purchase of certain material for sample production
  7. PCBA DFM provided.

PVT (Production Verification Test)

  1. Purchasers are responsible for material purchase and on-time ETA.
  2. Project managers and production planner arrange production schedule.
  3. SMT/DIP production
  4. PCBA test, system test & package
  5. Test/assembly/packing DFM provided.

Mass Production

  1. Purchasers are responsible for material purchase and on-time ETA
  2. Process ECO/ECN
  3. Yield rate and quality control
  4. Production schedule control
  5. Inventory management and long lead time parts control
  6. Logistics management (multiple shipping destinations)
  7. Customized production management (multiple product spec. and package)
  8. Management of product EOL
  9. One year warranty and RMA service
