Testing process: The testing process is established to ensure that the products produced in the PCBA and system stages of the production process will not produce any failure conditions that affect the function of the product. According to different needs of customers, it is divided into PCBA test, SYSTEM test and Burn-In test. At present, the factory has built a "150sets testing station, 43 ovens, 2 programmable temperature and humidity cycling chambers and 1 burn-in room" in the testing process, and has planned a "normal temperature burn-in area, 50ˇăC temperature-controlled burn-in room, 60ˇăC~85ˇăC temperature controlled burn-in oven, -40ˇăC~100ˇăC programmable temperature and humidity cycling chambers and provide 5V/12V/24V/48VDC and 110V/220VAC power supply."
The assembly process: There are currently 6 assembly lines and 4 automatic screw-locking machines in the factory area. In response to a low volume and high mix production, 12 kinds of products can be produced on the assembly line or automatic screw-locking machines at the same time, and built the barcode scanners, serial number sticker printer, torque meter and a set of e-SOP wireless workstation operation instruction delivery system (WeSOP) are introduced in the entire assembly and packaging line. In the future, a more refined Cell production and visual inspection system will be built to improve production efficiency and quality.
Packaging process: After system product assembly and functional testing, the finished product and all packaging materials, including accessories, cables, screws, manuals, labels, gift boxes, outer boxes, etc., are packaged according to customer requirements. At present, 3 packing lines are built in the factory area, which are equipped with packaging and conveying device lines, barcode scanners and printers, clamshell ultrasonic pressing machines, high-frequency plastic shell pressing machines, sealing machines, shrink film machines, Electronic scales and automatic labeling machines, etc.
Engineering introduction: The main functions are divided into (1) Electronic engineer : responsible for the technical transfer of customer's new products to the factory for production operations, and the introduction of press-fit test platform fixtures after mass production, saving a lot of time for wire plugging operations, and one person can operate multiple test stations at the same time to improve work efficiency. (2) Repair of defective products: The repairing equipment includes VECTECH BGA high-end infrared de-soldering machine, Hakko SMT parts de-soldering machine, Hitachi oscilloscope, temperature-controlled soldering iron, press-fit test platform fixture, etc., and establish a repairing report system, allow the factory and customers to query and trace the defective product repairing information of the PCBA/System process through the repairing report data of the MIS system.
