To provide employees with an opportunity to relax after their busy work schedules while strengthening communication and team cohesion, PSI's Chiayi Plant organized a three-day, two-night employee trip to Penghu. Although the journey included a few unexpected setbacks and moments of disappointment, it was filled with even more laughter and unforgettable experiences, leaving everyone with cherished memories.

On the first day, while traveling to Penghu by ferry, rough sea conditions made for a bumpy ride, and many colleagues experienced seasickness, giving everyone a firsthand appreciation of the power of the ocean. The long-awaited Penghu International Fireworks Festival was also missed due to the travel itinerary, leaving a small sense of regret. That evening, everyone enthusiastically joined the night squid fishing excursion, only to find that the squid seemed to have "taken the night off," and no one made a catch. Although we returned empty-handed, the laughter and playful banter on board made the experience especially enjoyable.

The water activities on the second day became the highlight of the entire trip. Unfortunately, snorkeling had to be canceled due to the outer circulation of a typhoon over the Pacific Ocean, despite its distance from Penghu. Nevertheless, against the backdrop of crystal-clear blue skies and sea, everyone fully enjoyed a variety of exciting and entertaining water activities. Some colleagues bravely rode jet skis, experiencing the thrill of speeding across the waves. Others filled the inflatable water park with screams of excitement and continuous laughter, while some simply relaxed by the seaside, enjoying the ocean breeze and sunshine with a beer in one hand and barbecue in the other, fully embracing Penghu's unique island atmosphere.

Colleagues who are usually focused and dedicated in the workplace revealed a different side of themselves after changing into casual attire. Everyone put aside work pressures and organizational roles, sharing laughter, taking on new challenges together, and capturing countless memorable photos along the way. Whether it was the surprised shouts after falling into the water, the cheers after successfully completing a challenge, or the encouragement from those watching from the shore, every moment filled the event with enthusiasm and energy.

On the third day, everyone began the journey home with wonderful memories. Looking back on the trip, although the rough seas on the first day, missing the fireworks festival, and the unsuccessful night squid fishing were disappointing, the exciting water activities on the second day, together with the companionship and support shared throughout the journey, more than made up for those regrets.

The true value of travel lies not in having every activity go exactly as planned, but in the laughter, friendship, and shared experiences created along the way. We sincerely thank the company for thoughtfully organizing this employee trip, and we also thank every colleague for their enthusiastic participation. We believe this three-day, two-night journey to Penghu will remain a treasured memory for everyone at PSI's Chiayi Plant and serve as an inspiration for us to continue working together toward the future.
